Classic Method

Brut

Made using the Classic Method Brut VieBulla is rich in bread, hazelnut and wildflower honey aromas, having a delicate and full-bodied soft flavor.

Pair with: thanks to its softness, it is best combined with contrasting tastes such as strong well-defined flavors like seasoned cheeses, fried foods and meats in salmì.

Acidity: 6 g/l
Residual Sugars: 8 g/l

Martinotti Method

Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry

Extra Dry VieBulla has floral and delicate notes. Soft and fruity flavor to the palate. Made with the Martinotti Method.

Pair with: best throughout the entire meal, well combined with a meat or fish appetizer, first courses of fresh pasta with cream sauces and seconds of white meat fish.

Martinotti Method

Rosé Brut

Rosé VieBulla recalls fruity notes of pear and passion fruit. The same aromas are found in the mouth, accompanied by minerality and freshness. Made with the Martinotti Method.

Pair with: best paired with fish dishes especially shellfish, mollusks and soups.

Martinotti Method

Organic Brut

Organic VieBulla Brut has intense notes of nettle, litchi and pineapple, with a long and savory taste. Made using the long fermentation Martinotti Method.

Pair with:perfect with any part of a meal, in particular to accentuate light delicacies, with delicate flavors such as risotto, vegetable dishes, white meat and blue fish.
